A personal message from Doctor Jean

Empowering Patients Through Prevention, Precision & Wellness

As an emergency medicine physician, I have spent nearly two decades caring for patients at their most vulnerable moments. Day after day, I witnessed the downstream consequences of delayed intervention, unmanaged metabolic disease, hormonal decline, and preventable health crises. These experiences fundamentally shaped my philosophy of care and fueled my commitment to shift healthcare away from reactive emergency treatment toward proactive prevention, health optimization, and personalized longevity care.

This mission is not only professional - it is deeply personal.

Like many men, I began to experience symptoms of andropause, including declining muscle strength and conditioning, mid-day fatigue, reduced libido, and worsening cardiometabolic biomarkers. Over time, my laboratory data reflected a clear trend in the wrong direction, ultimately leading toward a diagnosis of metabolic syndrome and elevated cardiovascular risk. Despite my medical background, the decision to initiate bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) was not an easy one. It required careful consideration, data-driven evaluation, and honest self-reflection.

However, as both a physician and a patient, I recognized that inaction would only allow my health trajectory to worsen. Taking ownership of my health meant making informed, proactive choices. I committed to a comprehensive approach that included BHRT when clinically appropriate, improved adherence to daily physical activity, intentional nutrition choices, and the integration of additional evidence-based modalities to support metabolic, hormonal, and cardiovascular health. The result was not just improvement in symptoms, but a meaningful shift toward vitality, resilience, and long-term health.

At My Precision Life, this same philosophy guides how I care for my patients. I believe medicine should focus on identifying root causes, optimizing physiology, and empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to make informed decisions about their health. Through advanced preventive strategies, personalized care plans, and bioidentical hormone optimization for both women and men, my goal is to help patients avoid unnecessary disease progression, reduce chronic health risks, and enhance quality of life.

My vision is simple yet profound: to keep people out of the emergency room by helping them build health, strength, and longevity long before crisis occurs. By partnering with patients on their wellness journey, I aim to support not just longer lives - but better ones.

Your journey to health optimization starts today.
