At My Precision Life, we believe that optimal health goes beyond lab values. While a simple blood test can measure testosterone levels, the “normal”reference range often reflects averages drawn from a population that may not represent true wellness—typically older individuals or those already experiencing health issues. That’s why normal doesn’t always mean optimal.
We take a more personalized approach. In addition to lab results, we carefully consider how our patients feel. Low testosterone can manifest in a variety of symptoms, including:
Reduced libido and sexual performance
Decreased motivation and energy
Persistent fatigue and mood changes
Weight gain and loss of lean muscle mass
Lower stamina and endurance
Insulin resistance and elevated blood lipids
Increased visceral and subcutaneous fat
Your well-being is our priority. We look beyond the numbers to help you feel your best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Yes. TRT has been safely used in both men and women since the 1940s. When prescribed and monitored by experienced physicians using evidence-based practices, TRT has a strong safety profile and proven effectiveness.
At My Precision Life, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every patient is unique—and so is their care. Our treatment plans are personalized based on:
Your symptoms and goals
Medical history and current health conditions
Lab results and hormone levels
Your response to therapy over time.
-
Ideal candidates for TRT are individuals experiencing symptoms of low testosterone, such as:
Fatigue and low energy
Decreased libido or sexual performance
Mood changes or depression
Weight gain and muscle loss
Reduced stamina and endurance
A thorough evaluation—including lab testing and a detailed health history—is essential to determine if TRT is appropriate.
-
Common signs of low testosterone include:
Low libido and sexual dysfunction
Persistent fatigue and lack of motivation
Weight gain, especially around the midsection
Loss of lean muscle mass
Mood swings, irritability, or depression
Decreased stamina and endurance

Ongoing communication with your care team
Our goal is to ensure safe, effective, and personalized results.

Not at all. While testosterone is often associated with male health, women also produce and benefit from balanced testosterone levels. TRT, which is used off-label in women, can help women experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, low libido, mood changes, and muscle loss—especially during perimenopause and menopause.
